Bright cosy double bedroom

Hi everyone, I am leaving my double bedroom in Wandsworth during January and I am therefore looking for a replacement for my room (ideally from the 18th).

The house is located in a very quiet and cosy area and is split over 3 levels with three bedrooms and two bathrooms which makes it feel very spacious.

The room is very bright and spacious and has space for a desk as well. The windows are double glazed which keeps the room very warm and cosy in winter.

You will be sharing the house with my two lovely housemates, two girls in their 30s, who are both very sweet and easygoing to live with.

Bills are circa 100pp a month (a bit less during summer) and there will be a fee for change of tenant name.
