A beautiful double bedroom with a bathroom on the same floor, are available in a freshly renovated 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) house on a quiet street off Garratt Lane.

The room has black out curtains and a large cupboard to hang your clothes with multiple deep shelves. Expensive and comfortable mattress with a diwan bed with lots of storage underneath. There is a comfortable foldaway desk and chair.

New furniture, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and TV. Gas, Electric, water, council tax, TV license, Netflix and wifi. Some consumables included: some cleaning products, soap, bin bags, dish washer tablets.

Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town station are only 10 min walk. Clapham Junction a 15 minute walk through parks. Southside shopping centre, Waitrose and Sainsburys are only a 5 minute walk away. Parking on the street is restricted from 9.30-4.30 except on weekends, permits are possible - I believe it's around 200/year for a extra car for on-street parking.

Seeking a calm and tidy professional who enjoys having their own space or a shared meal, and enjoys their social life outside the home. I live here alone except 2 days a week when I sometimes have a surgeon who comes to stay, otherwise the bathroom is yours. They are working long hours at a hospital, and a super lovely person. So the bathroom is exclusively yours except on those days. Surgeon is super clean and tidy!
