Double room in calm beautiful victorian home

A beautiful double bedroom with a bathroom on the same floor, are available in a freshly renovated 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) house on a quiet street off Garratt Lane.

The room has black out curtains, a large cupboard space deep shelves, expensive and comfortable mattress, a diwan bed with lots of storage underneath, a comfortable foldaway desk and chair.

I live here alone except 2 days a week when I have a surgeon who comes to stay, otherwise the bathroom is yours. They are working long hours at a hospital, and a super lovely person. Surgeon is super clean and tidy!

Seeking a calm and tidy professional who enjoys having their own space or a shared meal, and enjoys their social life outside the home. My ideal scenario is with somebody who mostly works outside the home, I’ve found it to be the healthiest living combo. I’m a film professional, sporty, and enjoy going out around London and beyond.

New furniture, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and TV. Gas, Electric, water, council tax, TV license included.

Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town station are only 10 min walk. Clapham Junction a 15 minute walk through parks. Southside shopping centre, Waitrose and Sainsburys are only a 5 minute walk away. Parking on the street is restricted from 9.30-4.30 except on weekends, permits are possible - I believe it's around 200/year for a extra car for on-street parking.
