Flat with cat

Hi Londoners! We are a young(ish) couple looking for a lodger in the lovely two-bed apartment which we rent in Wandsworth.

The flat is in a quiet and safe area, and an 8 min walk from Wandsworth Town station and 12 min walk from Clapham Junction and Northcote Rd.

The bedroom comes furnished as photographed and has a tiny balcony accessible through your bedroom door that you will have sole use of. Beautiful sunset views! You will share a bathroom with us. There is a fantastic kitchen kitted with a gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a giant TV and a sleeper couch which we often use for guests. We also have a PS5 if you're a gamer.

I am South African and studying an MA in Psychotherapy and working as a therapist. Matt heralds from Edinburgh and works for a pharmaceutical company in Reading. He works from home in our bedroom two-three days a week. We enjoy having people over, but equally relish vegetating with a glass of wine in front of the TV.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and respectful. Our home is our happy space and so we want to keep it that way. We are ideally looking for someone who doesn’t come with a lot of belongings as the home is fully equipped and decorated. A mature student or international staying in London for a period would be ideal. We are open to shorter lets. We can fully equip the bedroom with soft furnishings, so if you’re only in town for a term, you would have everything you need. Bills are included as well as general household products.

Important to note, we have a ragdoll cat named Delilah. She is a very sociable and a lovable creature, and will probably want to follow you around if we’re not at home, so it’s important to us to find someone who will love, rather than just tolerate her.
