Double room to rent in homely Wandsworth flat

Looking for a new housemate for cosy, homely flat in Wandsworth.

It is a bright, medium sized room which will be part furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe included, (you can choose to keep or remove) with space for other furniture.

The flat is well decorated and looked after and the exterior of the house was also recently maintained.
There is a shared lounge and kitchen which is a bright open space with large bay window which catches gorgeous sunlight in the afternoons. Fully furnished and with all kitchen utensils.

One shared bathroom with bath/shower. And one extra toilet (currently used for storage).

There is also a small balcony accessible from the front room. It can fit a couple of chairs and is a great spot to catch the sun with a glass of wine on a summer afternoon! We also have a key for access to a private garden with patio (which I will be furnishing soon!)

Flat is situated on the top floor of a semi detached house. The downstairs of the flat is empty and won't be occupied. It is in a lovely family neighbourhood on a quiet street close to amenities. There are two off licences within a couple of minutes walking distance from the flat, as well as a lovely new cafe.

I am looking for a sociable housemate who I will get along with and has a similar lifestyle and interests to me, but also can respect and value privacy and personal space. I want the flat to feel like home to the both of us and am happy for the new housemate to bring their own furniture and possessions to make the flat theirs too.

About me:
I am a creative person who works as a brand designer for a tech company in London. I love music and art and enjoy visiting galleries and museums, going to gigs and exploring London with long coffee walks.
I go to the office 2 days a week and the rest work from home.
I like to keep active by going to the gym, reformer pilates and strength classes (there are good options for all within walking distance of the flat!), but also enjoy socialising and going out for dinner with friends.

Within walking distance we have Wandsworth Common, and Clapham Common and Battersea Park are a short bus ride away. Southside Shopping Centre is also an 8 minute walk away.

Rent includes council tax. Other bills are roughly £100 a month all together.

Move in date for new housemate is 1st October. Initially it is a 6 month contract which then rolls over.

Sorry but room is for single occupancy only and I can't accept couples.
