En suite double bedroom on 18th floor in modern building, walking distance from Wandsworth Town, Earlsfield and Southfield stations.

The room is fully furnished (apart from a desk), and so is the rest of the flat, including dish washer, washing machine, oven + microwave, etc. There is concierge 8am-5pm on weekdays. The building is in a very safe area and overlooks a big park. Southside shopping mall is right next to the building, and other points of interest such as gyms, bars, pubs, grocery stores and bus stops are all within 5 minutes walk.

I'm looking for a professional who shares the same values of respecting each other's space and routines. Excessive noise in any of the rooms will resonate in the entire flat, so I'm looking for someone who won't have parties or friends over until late night. Having someone over for dinner or for a movie is fine, as long as it's communicated in advance (I do the same). Being clean and tidy in the shared areas (living room and kitchen) is paramount. Communication is also very important, if you need the kitchen or living room for something just let me know in advance and I'll organise myself to be out of your way.
