10/10 flat with a 11/10 housemate

The flat is relatively new so no spiders have been spotted, yet. There’s a 24/7 concierge - sometimes they smile, sometimes they not smile, a rooftop on the 23rd floor so you can watch the Battersea fireworks without paying £20 for a paper cup of mulled wine, and a balcony with all the plants that I fail to keep alive.

I also have a golden retriever pup called Milo who will (probably) want more belly scratches than I will. Someone willing to take him for morning walks so I can sleep past 7am some days would be ideal and would help slow down my rapid ageing due to lack of sleep.

I’m looking for someone to buy in snacks for when we watch TV like the Malone’s on Gogglebox. I’m a veggie so would prefer someone that isn’t going to roast a hog every night, but it’s not a deal-breaker, especially if you roast some potatoes alongside it for me. Someone tone deaf who can’t hear how bad I am at singing would be a bonus. Obviously you need to be clean, quiet, respectful, non-judgy when I order a PizzaHut straight after the gym.
