Cozy small double in Wandsworth/Southfields

We have the smallest room available in our lovely home in Wandsworth/Southfields. I'm moving to Battersea Park so we are looking to fill this room with a friendly and respectful housemate!

The details:
Move in date: July 31st
Room: £680pm
Deposit: £885 secured
Bills: £110 or so monthly
Bed: I am selling the bed to whoever moves in if they'd like it
Deposit & rent to be paid July 20th as will need the £ to pay for next deposit.

The house it at the top floor of a victorian conversion, the living room is a great space, we have a fold out table that can fit about 8 people. One of the housemates works from the living room every so often. The kitchen is cozy but does the job and the bathroom will be shared with only one other person! There is also plenty of storage around the house and in the bedroom (as seen in pictures), sadly there is no room for a desk in the smaller room, but the lounge is always open for business! We have a shared garden which we are yet to use. It is about a 10 minute walk to the district line, 20 minute walk to Wandsworth Town/Earlsfield and a 15 minute bus to Clapham Junction.

About the house:

We are looking for somebody to make our home feel like a home and to be friendly with! if you are interested please send us a little bit about yourself and we are looking to do interviews right away. We would prefer somebody aged 22 and over and to be a working professional.

Note:
2 of the 3 current housemates (including myself) will be moving out at the end of the month - Sally (who is the third housemate) will be staying for a little bit, she Is Irish, works in insurance/tech, is social and enjoys exploring London on the weekends - we all are quite close and got along really well.

We are aiming to find somebody ASAP so do reach out if interested.

We have also found a new girl to fill the other room who is lovely :)
