Single Room for rent close to Earlsfield Station

Room to rent in lovely 2 bed flat, excellent location near to Earlsfield Station and the shops and pubs of Garratt Lane. From Earlsfield you are 8 mins from Vauxhall for the Victoria Line or 13 mins from Waterloo so this is great for commuting.
Flat will be furnished and bills included.
Ideally the flatmate would be at a similar stage to me, in the early stages of working in London, and enjoys getting out and making the most of London life. I play lots of sport and enjoy the pub, but can't go out quite as late as when I was at university!
My previous flatmate is moving out after 10 months to move abroad. It is a family owned property and all furnishings are provided by myself, although I can accommodate if you want to bring anything. The property comes with a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as a garden.
The room is a single room, but I will provide a desk in the large shared living room if this is needed by somebody working from home, however I prefer the kitchen table when I work from home (1 day per week).
Ideally I am looking for someone who wants to be here long term, but I can accommodate a short term rental if needed.
I listed the rent at the same level as my current flatmate, but I am happy to listen to reasonable offers below this.
I am a non smoker and this would be a requirement for the flatmate too.
