Beautiful flat with garden in Wandsworth

Hi there! I own a beautiful, newly renovated upper floor flat (with garden) in Wandsworth and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to mine to share it with.

The room is fully furnished with a full length mirror, dressing table, double bed with memory foam mattress, chest of draws and large fitted wardrobe. I have my own en-suite so you will virtually have your own bathroom with walk in shower.

You'll be living with me, a surveyor by profession. I work in central most days and am often late home during the week; I often come in, eat, chill, and go to bed as I am out the door to train most mornings.

The weekends are a little different but I do like having plans, exploring new things in London and being active. I enjoy socialising, going for drinks and dinner as much as I love an early night. I enjoy being in the kitchen and hosting friends for dinner which you could join and I hope you will feel comfortable doing the same with your friends. I want someone to feel like my home is their home. I am a caring, considerate and respectful person and I am looking for someone who will treat my home similarly; I’m not looking for someone who wants a party house and I need a someone who respects the space and its contents.

I have a third bedroom which is a guest room. If you have friends or family in town, you are more than welcome to use the room.
