I am looking for the right person to share my house with—someone who respects each other's privacy, ideally enjoys sports, and appreciates having a nice place to call home.

7 minutes walk to Southfields Station (District Line), 10 minutes to Earlsfield train station, 1 minute to bus no 156. Wimbledon Tennis Courts 15 min walking distance.
Close to shops, restaurants, parks and fitness clubs.

The house:
This is a four bedroom house with spacious garden, bright and clean.
Big kitchen with all amenities and breakfast bar.
Bathroom with bath and shower on a first floor plus extra loo downstairs.
To share with 3 other professionals and a cat:) .

The room:
Fully furnished (double bed, big wardrobe and bedside tables).
£ 1050 for a singe professional or a mature student. Bills included.
£700 deposit required. Available 30th June.
