Cute Room Available in Wandsworth!

I am looking for someone to take over my lovely cosy room between East Putney and Wandsworth as I am moving out in a couple of weeks. You will be joining my 3 other fab flatmates.

Room is available from 13th July but open to some flexibility. Looking to do viewings ASAP.

You will be sharing with 3 young professionals: Tiff (28) works in property, Charlotte (27) works in social care, and Jess (27) works in travel. We all met through Spare Rooms so looking for someone of a similar age and vibe.

Room is on the smaller side but comes fully furniture with double bed. Lots of storage space in the room and flat as a whole. There is space for a small desk too if you wfh but probably not suitable for someone who is looking to do that full time.

Shared living room, kitchen and balcony and 2 bathrooms between the 4 of you.

Great location 5 mins from East Putney Station and 10/15 minute walk to Putney Station or Wandsworth Town. Close to big shops and lots of parks.

Price actually includes bills but they are subject to change (think they might go down over the summer). Overall rent is super reasonably priced and landlord only just put it up so unlikely to go up again soon. Deposit will be £935. Females preferred between 26-33. Message us if interested! ✨
