1 double room in beautiful riverside flat

A double bedroom available in the gorgeous Battersea Reach development with river views, concierge, gym, pubs and 24hr security. To share with 2 house mates (myself and one other) move in date would be 24th March. Looking for someone who is between the age of 29-35 and doesn’t work from home :)

The room available would be £1125 per month (excluding bills) it is available unfurnished with built in wardrobe, floor to ceiling window and a shared bathroom with myself. However no space for a desk so there wouldn’t be an option to wfh.

Bills work out around £180 each per month (subject to electricity fluctuations) including tax, electricity, wifi, water and a cleaner that comes twice per month. As it’s on the 8th floor it’s super warm and we have never turned the heating on which is a good saving!

Myself and Charlotte have lived in the apartment for 3 years and have fully furnished it however very happy to discuss if you have furniture you’d like to bring/ a few more bits to make it more homely :)

We like to keep the flat very clean and tidy and are looking for a house mate who is like minded and looking to do the same. We are both 30 and past the mad years so, we would like a nice and chilled house mate to enjoy a nice cosy home together, tidy, clean, and considerate of the living space. This is defiantly not a party house (been there done that) but it would be lovely to create a home where we all get on, up for ordering food and watching Netflix together every now and again and maybe up for the pub on a Friday night during summer here and there! But also you have your own life/ mates around london to enjoy the city with.

I’m a PT meaning I have a pretty busy schedule working around London. I work very early mornings and evenings and can be in and out the flat during the day. Charlotte works in finance with a mixture of wfh and int he office, she is also in and out quite a lot so can sometimes go a week without seeing each other.

During the week we are pretty chilled and have a quiet flat as our jobs are exhausting! But we do love a Netflix series night in with some wine every now and again. We both have friends around london so at weekends we are more social and have plans with friends enjoying the city.
