Spacious room in perfect location

Hi!

Thanks for reading our ad. We are looking for a new housemate as our beloved ex housemate has flown the nest. The good news is the room remains not only a good sized double, but also immaculate.

Anyway less of the essay, we are the live in landlords, and although a couple, we remain somewhat cool and open minded. I'm a consultant and Caroline manages the sushi product development for all our supermarkets - yes wkly free sushi is part of the deal!

What we are after:
Someone house proud/respectful. We've spent 50k on doing it up. It's a home to share.
Therefore adult boring things matter to us, like sharing chores, dishes etc.
Someone set up in London, job social etc.
Someone sociable, we are not after a hermit crab.

What we can tolerate:
Bad cooking
Bad taste in music and TV - preferably not both
Paying your bills (Sky, Netflix, Wifi, Water, Council tax, elec and gas)

Cool additions:
Underfloor heating in bathroom
Garden, will be peak ready come summer. If you are green fingered, DIY orientated can help finish it!
Off street parking (free!)
Loft storage in your room
Bi weekly cleaner

Other than that, you'll be living in a prime location with Richmond park on your left (15 mins cycle) and Waterloo on your right (15 min train).. lots of bars, gyms, padel tennis, cinema, climbing, go karting within 5 min walk... Sumer market wise.. we have sains superstore, Tesco express and waitrose but wait for it... Drum roll.. LIDL and m and s arriving in the coming months !
