King Sized Bedroom on the river in New Build

Renting out our second room - short term let between 1-4 months.

2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a balcony facing the river in a quiet residential area.

We are actually abroad for Christmas and new years from 18th December - 10th January so the pets will be away at a sitters also during these dates and most likely until 13-16th Jan. Will consider a one month let during this period - will rent out only one room but will very likely have the entire apartment to yourself this entire period. Happy to extend the let for another month or two also.

Will only accept couples for the period we are away and maybe 2 weeks longer after we are back (potentially until end of Jan).

I have 2 dogs and a cat - all overly friendly.

Deposit price negotiable depending how long you are intending to stay :)
