King Sized Bedroom on the river in New Build

Ideally looking for a short term let for December and potentially part of January for 4-6 weeks but also can do a weekly basis.

I’m also looking for someone to take a long term rental from end of Jan/February depending when this first short rental ends - up to a year + for the right fit. I just need to be back for a few weeks in between the two rentals before moving to Greece.

Renting out my second bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom new build on the river.

I’ve got 2 dogs and a cat - super friendly - but the dogs won’t be there throughout December - potentially just spontaneous visits (if at all) during your stay just the cat.
Includes all bills.

You’ll be renting with a clean and tidy professional male who respects space.
