King Sized Bedroom on the river in New Build

I’m moving to Greece in January for 2+ years with my 2 dogs and I’m looking for someone to take my bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat (that I own).

You’ll be sharing with a lovely, extremely tidy and relaxed 24 year old male professional (who I must say acts much older than his age as I was hesitant at first to live with someone 10 years younger than me but it was one of the best room mates I’ve ever had).

I’ll be leaving my Ragdoll cat with him the first couple of months - partially because he loves her so much and also because I don’t want to take her to the island I’ll be living in over the summer. Eventually I will bring her over to Greece also as she will surely miss the dogs. She’s extremely friendly, sweet and everyone falls in love with her immediately even if they aren’t big on cats. She sits for treats like the dogs.

I’m looking for someone to take the place for a year or more but I’m aware there is the new rule coming in May that allows for 2 months notice for tenants so I’ll do a 6 month minimum here until then.

Both mine and my current flatmates vibe is - clean, respectful, friendly and calm. He will be wanting someone on the same level. It won’t be a party house as he works pretty hard during the week and is big on fitness on weekends - although does go out on the odd occasion. He cooked me a fabulous carbonara in the first week of living together so I am sure you’ll have that to look forward to!

Includes all bills as it just makes it easier for everyone and I’m happy to keep them up on my accounts whilst away.

It’s a beautiful area and the flat is a new build that I bought when it was constructed in 2020.
