Double room in Wandsworth house share

Hey! I’m looking for someone to replace me in a lovely double room in Wandsworth (3 bed) from June.

The house has a separate office space with a large corner desk, ideal if you work from home (it’s honestly a game changer).

The bedroom itself is upstairs, and currently has a kingsize bed and chest of drawers. Also has space for a wardrobe if you wanted.

We have a spacious living room and separate dining space with a courtyard garden. The kitchen has a newly replaced oven and tumble dryer, alongside a washing machine and dishwasher.

The house is in a great location - 10 minutes walk to Earlsfield station, 15 to Wandsworth town, and also easy to get to Clapham Junction or Southfields. Tooting Broadway is also only a 15 minute bus ride.

You’d be living with a lovely girl and guy who are both up for pub trips and chats, are super clean and tidy, and also very respectful of personal space. All they ask is you’re basically the same!

Rent is £760 per room and bills come to about £100 per month.
