The room available for rent comes with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves for additional storage. The bathroom is newly fitted and comes with a bath/shower and you will share this along with the kitchen and living room with myself.

The property has a total of three bedrooms and is light and airy throughout with a modern kitchen and a lovely living room complete with a smart TV and comfy sofa. There is also a small outdoor area at the back of the property.

I understand parking is available at the property but an application will need to be made to the council in order to obtain a permit.

All bills are included.

Location:

Wandsworth Town and Earlsfield train stations (trains to Waterloo in approx 14 minutes) are within a 15 minute walk, whilst buses to Clapham Junction and Victoria are within a 5/10 minute walk from the house.

The property is based very close to Southside shopping centre which contains various shops including a large Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. Both King George Park and Wandsworth Park are within a five minute walk.

Flatmate:

I currently live at the property together with my girlfriend. We are both social and friendly. A bit about myself: I am a 28-year-old professional who works in the city, working in the office five days a week. My girlfriend works out of the house 3/4 days per week. Both me and my girlfriend enjoy playing and watching lots of sports and are always up for the occasional beer after work. We like to keep the house tidy and organized and keen to find a like-minded lodger.
