Single Room

Looking preferably for a female to move in, but will be looking at all applicants. Super chilled flat, very rarely have parties, we prefer to go to them, we keep the flat really clean and alternate cleaning duties. 50/50 social and keep our selves to our selves.

We're looking for someone who is really chilled, doesn't have parties at the house, super clean and a laugh. We still like to do things together like go to the pub, walks, cinema etc. but personal space is also respected.
