Looking for a female tenant (mid 20’s - early 30’s) to take over my lease in our fabulous 3 bed house, as I’m moving in with my partner.

You’ll be living with two other girls in their late 20’s, who are professionals working in finance and engineering. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and chilled to fit in with the current vibe.

The unfurnished double room has an ensuite, built in wardrobe and space for a desk. The house is very spacious, set out across three floors with a large living room, a separate kitchen /dining area, utility. There is also the added bonus of a garden, garage and parking! The house has been newly decorated throughout and everyone has their own bathroom.

The house itself is within a gated close, making it feel very safe and secure. We’re a 10min walk from Wandsworth town station and have numerous bus lines on our doorstep. There are also plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby.

We have secured an 18 month contract until July 2025 at a very competitive rate for the area. As you will be taking over my lease, there’s flexibility regarding the move-in date, subject to reimbursement of any remaining days that I have paid in rent for July.

- Applicant needs to be in full time employment, earning 2.5 x share of the rent and complete right to rent checks.
- Council Tax Band G
- Bills are approx £80 each pm (expected to decrease)
- £50 agency cost for referencing.
