Hi guys,
Our flatmate Molly is leaving us (sob!) and we're looking for someone to fill her room from 1st September 2025.
We are four fairly normal, laidback Londoner (two Aussies, because it is basically Clapham after all) who love the area and are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a house, but is also happy to do their own thing. Yes, aren't we original?
The house is a large 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse and the room itself is a huge double with a fireplace and bay windows. We have a great garden space that's ideal for Summer as well as a large living room and dining room. It is very close to Wandsworth Town Station and Clapham Junction - and even closer to a well-served bus stop.
We have previously had a 3:2 boys vs. girls ratio but we're not fussy and just want to live with nice people.
