The flat is a 3 storey terrace house in Wandsworth, it has a big kitchen with all the appliances and a dining room table, leading out to a private garden. There is a separate large living room with fire that is super cosy in winter and has space to store bikes.

The room is on the second floor and furnisbed with a double bed and drawers. It has a built in wardrobe and underbed storage.

Note this room isn't suited to people who need to work from home as limited room for a desk.

You will be living with four other kiwi and aussies who keep the house tidy. They are all social so looking for someone who would be keen to join in the occasional flat dinner.

Street parking is available with an application for a permit from the council.

Location is 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town Station, 5 minutes walk to Southside shops and 5 minutes walk to Wandsworth Common.
