2 rooms in female professional house in Wandsworth

We have two double rooms available in our spacious four bedroom house share. We have been in the property for several years and it has become a real home for us, and would love for two female professionals to enjoy the house with us. We are conveniently located between Wandsworth Town station and the green spaces of Wandsworth Common, in walking distance to Clapham Junction and Earlsfield stations and served by a number of bus routes, yet also enjoy the quiet of a residential street. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and gyms within walking distance. The house benefits from a large shared living room and a separate eat-in kitchen which backs onto a decked garden (perfect for sunbathing!) The two available rooms are on the first floor, with a shared bathroom which benefits from underfloor heating. Both rooms come with wardrobes and are available furnished/unfurnished.

You will be living with two 30-year old female professionals (Sara and Amy). We enjoy having the opportunity to socialise as a house, whether through evenings in or going out for dinners and other activities. Guests are welcome though please note that this is not a party house.

Bills (including council tax, broadband and other house expenses) are additional, and are around £100 a month.

Security deposits and referencing will be managed through the letting agency. Security deposits are just over one month's rent.
