2 Double rooms in duplex flat

I’ve decided to stay in our lovely flat in between Wandsworth & Clapham Junction and looking for 2 new housemates to join me.

Apologies for the blurry photos - I’ve taken screenshots of the video from when we first moved in to give you a better idea of the space as they’re now vacant!

🏠 We’re in a duplex flat across 2.5 floors with a separate kitchen and lounge as well as a gorg south facing terrace (currently writing this while lounging in the sun!). The downstairs bathroom is being fully refurbished in the next couple weeks so will be shiny and new!

💰 Both rooms are £1040 a month + bills come around £80-120 depending on time of year. They’re both good sized doubles with space for a desk if needed. The downstairs room has shelves but no wardrobe, though plenty of space for a rail. The upstairs room has a single wardrobe and space for a rail too.

💁🏻‍♀️ Bit about me: I'm 25, work in marketing for a beer company so out and about at the office/meetings/events 3-4 days a week. Really keen to find people who want to socialise in the evenings, enjoying the terrace with an Aperol spritz, going to the pub for a pint or watching tv in the lounge. Though obvs like my space sometimes as much as anyone else!

Due to having 2 weeks on holiday, ideally looking for people to move in either before 8th July or wc 21st July and will be doing viewings over the next couple weeks. We’ll be getting a new contract from that date once agreed with the landlord (they’re lovely and really accommodating), likely 12-18 months.
