The flat: on the first floor of a period block in a quiet location. It is light and airy with large windows, a washing machine, oven, gas hob and fridge/freezer. Efficient gas central heating. Rent also includes hot water which is supplied constantly via a communal system.

Location: Small quiet development with a full-time on-site caretaker in a lovely corner of south-west London (in between Wandsworth and Southfields). There is a small balcony off the kitchen with communal gardens also available for residents' use. Its within 10-20 mins walking distance to Southfields District line and Wandworth Town station (East Putney less than 20 mins). Buses to Clapham Junction & Wimbledon 3 minute walk,
5 minute walk to King Georges Park and a few minutes more to Southside shopping centre.
