Double bed room available in Battersea Reach!!

I’ve put a holding deposit down on a flat in battersea reach but my flat mate is no longer able to go through with the contract.

It’s a 2 double bed, 2 bathroom flat with a balcony overlooking the river, fully furnished with a gym and 24/7 concierge!!

Rent is £1,250 pm each and the estate agent has advised that bills come to £200 -£300 pm. Security deposit is £1,442 each.

Move in date is 17th August for an 18 month period.

I’d love to find someone that is keen to build a friendship rather than being just flat mates! Im super social and would love to make more friendships in London. I love a matcha, long walk and Pilates class kinda day but equally up for an afternoon in the pub if the English weather pulls through. Love the idea of hosting girly dinners with friends in our new London flat with beaut views so if this is your vibe do give me a message!

Ideally I need to find someone within the next couple of days to make sure not to lose out on this flat.
