Double room available in a 3 bed flat share in Wandsworth from 11th of August!

I'm moving out in August so hoping to find someone to takeover the contract for at least the next 10 months. The renewal contract has just been signed for another year so next renewal will be June, 2025. The room is a large furnished double bedroom, holding the most privacy and natural light with rent is £850 with bills up to £100 (cheapest council tax in London). The flat comes with 1 bathroom and toilet, large communal lounge room and separate kitchen. The flat is on the top floor so receives the least amount of neighbouring noise.
You'll be living with 2 other tenants, both aged 26 and are both professionals. They're both very friendly and fun but also enjoy their own alone time. The flat shares a large communal garden area and parking is available on site with a council permit.

About the location:
Wandsworth sits in Zone 2 with surrounded by neighbouring districts such as Putney, Clapham Junction, Fulham, Chelsea, Battersea, and links to south of London. From here you can take the southwestern rail to Waterloo which takes 13mins, or a few mins on the bus to district line or overground links. Buses are also available right outside the flat heading straight into central london. The flat location is fully equipped with everything you need no more than a 10min radius: supermarkets, retail shopping centre, gyms, cafes, restaurants, bars&pubs, entertainment activities such as cinema, arcade, bowling. You can also enjoy a lovely walk by the river Thames which is incredibly closeby with Uber boat access into central london. I've also found the area to be quite safe, lots of young professionals of similar ages live nearby which is why I've grown very fond of living here in the past few years.
