Bright, Airy Double Room in Wandsworth

We have one room available in a light and spacious 3 bedroom flat situated halfway between Clapham Junction (18 minute walk) and Earlsfield (15 minute walk). The flat has a seperate living room and kitchen and a bathroom you will share with one other person. The flat has large windows and situated on the top floor of a large house.

As a flat we occasionally make flat dinners, go to the pub and like going on nights out and to day festivals in London like Gala. We are looking for a sociable and friendly flatmate who we would like to be friends with in addition to housemates. We have 2 years left on our contract, with a 1 year break clause. However, we aren’t planning to use the break clause at present so we are looking for a someone willing to sign on for 2 years ideally!

The rent is £900pcm and bills come up to around £90 per month (council tax band D).

You would be living with myself and Rachel, we are both 25 year old professionals working in central London! We do a mixture of working in office and working from home. If you’d like to know more about us or the flat, just drop us a message :)
