En-suite double room - discounted short-term lease

I am currently furnishing my flat so I would like to rent out the en suite at a discounted price for the next month - 2 months. The en-suite double room has a brand new double bed, mattress, sheets and extra new sheets for the tenant. The flat is fully equipped with all amenities that the tenant may need. Although you can’t smoke in the flat you can vape (there’s no balcony), it’s also right next to a large park so if you are a smoker it’s pretty easy to go down to smoke. The price is at a discount as there would be some minimally disruptive works going which I will be happy to lease with the tenant so that it’s best for them (for example I need to install a large TV in the en suite room and some shelves). There is parking available for an extra price - it would be 1050 with parking in the building. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need, the kitchen has all the necessities, such a cooking pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery ect. It also has a microwave, dishwasher and washer dyer. It would be delight to have a friendly and tidy room mate who is a working professional around the same age as me (27) please contact me for enquires. The flat is in an extremely convenient location with shops, restaurants and supermarkets 30 seconds away from the doorstep making it an ideal location. It is also one bus away from Clapham junction (5 stops) and close to Wandsworth Town Station with a bus stop very close to the building.
