My current flatmate is sadly leaving me to travel South America so there is 1 room available in a friendly 2 bedroom flat in Wandsworth!
🛏️ Large double room with en-suite bathroom. The room is unfurnished but my current flatmate will be selling her bed/mattress (only 1 year old), and her other furniture in the room if you would like it.
🏡 The flat has 2 bedrooms both with their own bathroom. A modern kitchen and living area with a dishwasher & washing machine! We have also have a large private balcony for our flat only.
🚆 The flat is in a great location!! About 10 mins walk to Wandsworth town and a 13 min walk to East Putney tube. Clapham Junction is also just a short bus away or about a 25 min walk.
📍The area has everything you will need! Southside shopping centre is is a 2 min walk away where there is a Lidl, Boots, Waitrose, cinema etc. There is also a large Sainsbury’s close by, and lots of gyms, yoga studios, pubs! We’re also only a 15 mins walk to the river!
👩 A bit about me: I am 29 years old and from Canada, moved to London in 2023. I work at a university in student recruitment and go into the office on Tuesdays and WFH the rest of the week. Most days I am either hanging with friends, going to yoga/workout classes, exploring London, having chilled night in binging a tv show, or going out for a boogie every once in a while 💃. My current flatmate and I get along really well and so I am looking for a similar vibe! We are both chilled people who like to spend time together, but also have our own things going on! We have a relaxed, respectful and friendly vibe.
💵 Your part of the deposit would be £923.07 and payable to my current flatmate. Bills are not included but are usually around £100-150 per month. We are in the Wandsworth Council Tax Band, one of the cheapest in London!
The move in date is 1st October 2024.
