Double room with Balcony available in Wandsworth

My current flatmate is moving out officially in October so the official lease date is October 11th. However, he is flexible to move out mid September/October if that worked better for the incoming flatmate!

The flat is a beautiful top floor apartment, less than 5 minutes from Wandsworth town station. We have a 2 balconies, one which is accessible from your room and another large one accessible from the living room, perfect to soak in the sun on a nice day or chill out with views of the Thames.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other flatmate!

You will be living with two Irish lads. We love sports and socialising (often with a pint) but also enjoy doing our own thing and taking time alone. Someone who likes to socialise but also likes their own space would strike a good balance.
