Sunny double bedroom in Wandsworth

I'm moving out of my room in our spacious 4-bedroom house in Wandsworth and we're looking for someone to take my place with a move in date of 29/09.

The house is located on a tree-lined street, just a 10-minute walk from Wandsworth Town station and a 12-minute walk to Clapham Junction. Buses to central London and the west are a short 5-minute walk away and run every 2-5 minutes.

You'll be sharing the house with four others, including a couple, a mix of Kiwis and Brits. While everyone has their own routines, we often come together during the week for dinners, TV etc.

The house is large, with 2 bathrooms, plenty of storage and a spacious courtyard. It’s fully furnished - I’m also happy to leave behind my desk and bed for a small fee if needed. Bills aren’t fixed but are generally £118/month all inclusive (council tax, electricity, water etc) which includes a fortnightly cleaner.
