Long Let EnSuite Close to Clapham Junction

The flat is based in between Wandsworth and Clapham Junction. It’s a 6 minute walk to Wandsworth town mainline station or a 10-15 minute walk (5mins by bus) to Clapham Junction Station. It’s a 20 minute walk to Northcote Road, and there are so many cute pubs/bars/restaurants around. You’ll also be living with my flatmate Matt (until mid October) who I’ve known since school. The flat is in a refurbished Victorian block with only 3 other apartments in the building. No lift, but on the first floor.

Rent is £1,300 pcm and bills are £134.15 per month (includes council tax, water, energy, wifi and home insurance!). This is the rent split myself and Matt agreed, but is open to be renegotiated between flatmates moving forward.

Here’s some need to know facts:
🛏️Room - King size bed + ensuite with large built in double wardrobes. Space to put in a desk if you WFH.
🏡The Flat - 2 bed flat, with a large kitchen/living space, great for hosting friends or just chilling out in the evenings. There is a washer and separate tumble dryer, a half size dishwasher and a large island for eating at/working/socialising around.
🛋️Furniture - the flat comes unfurnished, but I am potentially planning to leave the bedroom furniture (includes king size bed+mattress, chest of drawers, side table, bookcase + shoe rack). Matt owns the sofa and the stools in the kitchen, but I will be taking my TV (sorry!).
🏫Management - the flat is managed by Savills, and they are great with communication and any fixes needed. Their office is also directly below the flat, so super convenient if any issues!

A bit about Matt; he’s a course coordinator at LSE, 25 years old and loves to have a debate about the state of the world or new recipes you’ve found on TikTok. This is also a queer friendly household, so no worries if you are not part of the LGBT+ community, but we ask that you are kind and respectful of this.

I am moving out due to buying my own place, but have loved living here. Big bonus if you also have a mate that would like. to take over Matt's room in October! :)
