I have a nice, cosy single room available on the 1st Floor of my flat. 3 minutes walking distance from Southside shopping Centre, where there is plenty of options of coffee shops, clothes shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets like Sainsburys, Waitrose and Lidl also king George Park. Wandsworth town station is 10 minutes away and daily and night buses with destination to tooting, Fulham and Clapham Juntion.

The flat is 53 sqm2, with a sitting room, kitchen, hall and one bathroom. The style of the bedroom is rustic/victorian. The kitchen and bathroom are more modern.

The flat would be shared with myself, the landlord.
I have lived with a student for the last year and she has moved out.
