Hi everyone, I’m Emma and I’m looking for two new flat mates to fill my flat. The current housemates have bought a place and are moving out, but I love the place and am keen to stay!

The top floor flat is modern, spacious, and pristine - we're the first people to live in it! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, superfast internet, and a HUUUUGE shared living space with a kitchen island (ask us for a video of the furnished version). There's also a concierge, lifts, multiple communal gardens and parking on site.
Within 60 seconds of the flat there are pubs, gyms, restaurants, 24 hour bus stops, cinemas, bowling alleys, mini golf, a yoga studio, a brewery, and an axe throwing bar. It's basically like living in adult Disneyland and we love it here.
East Putney tube is 12 mins away, and Wandsworth Town station is 6 mins way. The latter gets you to Clapham Junction in 2 mins, or Waterloo in 17 mins.
