Location – Knoll Road, Wandsworth. Situated just 5-10 minutes’ walk from Wandsworth Town Station, 20 minutes from Clapham Junction, and an easy journey also to the District Line in Putney. Wandsworth Common is also a short walk away.

Wandsworth is also home to plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The nearby pubs are also pleasant. Southside Shopping Centre is also within a 10 minute walk.

The house is well equipped, and well furnished. The lounge is great for relaxing in and is also fitted with a nice dining area. Laundry facilities are also within the home. You would share the house with four others; the house is spread over four floors, so it does not at all feel overcrowded. You would share the bathroom near your room with one other.



There is also a weekly cleaner, so the shared spaces are always in good order. It is a nice, chilled home to stay. The departing tenant has been in-situ for over three years. We are looking for a woman c.30 years old and above to fit with the demographics of the rest of the house. Bills are c.£160 pcm, and not included in the rent.
