Hi - I have a double room available to rent in an amazing two bed flat situated right by the river and less than 5 mins walk from Wandsworth Town station.

The flat itself has a balcony, a big living room / kitchen and bathroom that will essentially be your own as I have an ensuite. If you don't know the area, it has everything you need within walking distance (gym, pubs, parks and shops).

If you need to get around London, Wandsworth Town station is nearby which will get you into Waterloo in less than 15 mins. The flat is on the river, which is perfect for walks or runs.

I'm 34 years old and have lived in London for 8 years (moved from Ireland in 2016). I work 2 or 3 days a week in the city as an Underwriter and on weekends I'm either playing football, out with friends / family or relaxing at home watching TV. During the week I'll be in the gym most evenings or out at work events.

If you are looking for a spacious modern room in a flat that is really homely and located in a safe fun area then please let me know.

The rent is £1,150 including bills and I have a one year lease from October so ideally you are looking for a place until October next year but I can be flexible with this. I'm also flexible on the move in date.
