Double room with En-suite- Riverside Wandsworth

Super chilled Riverside flat with large living room, open kitchen and a lovely terrace.

Don’t mind short or long term flat mate and happy to wait a short while for right flat mate .. although room is available now.

The bedroom is the largest in the property and has an en-suite shower room and built- wardrobe, new double bed and mattress.

The Development is within walking distance of some nice pubs, riverside bars, a shopping centre and gyms. Wandsworth Town station is 5 minutes walk nearby - by train Waterloo in less than 15 mins for the city and central London or you can take a bus.

The flat has only 2 bedrooms so you’d be sharing with me. I work in Property, WFH a couple of days a week and in the evening I’m usually running, at the gym or drinking wine with friends. I travel when I can and lived in South America for 12 years.

I’m a chilled and respectful person who is looking for the same. I don’t mind guests coming over or partners but it’s definitely not a party house.

I’ve paid the water and WiFi for the year so the only bills shared 50/50 would be electricity and council.
