Bright and spacious riverside flat available for a short let/sublet of 1–3 months. As this is a short-term let, all bills are included.

Ideal for someone between homes, working in London temporarily, or studying / travelling and looking for a comfortable, easy-going place to stay.

The flat has two bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, and a lovely patio area.

The room includes:
• Double bed and mattress
• Built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage
• Private en-suite shower room

The flat is right by the river and around a 5-minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, with direct trains to Waterloo in under 12 minutes.

I’m a relaxed and respectful housemate and am looking for someone similar. I sometimes work from home, so the flat has a chilled, easy-going atmosphere rather than being a party flat.

Rent: £1,350 per month, all bills included.

As it’s a shorter-term stay, I’m also happy to provide bedding and towels if needed.
