Water view double room with ensuite

Hey everyone! We're looking for an individual or couple to move into the second bedroom of our 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Wandsworth. The room comes with its own ensuite and has sliding doors that open onto the balcony, which can also be accessed through the living room. The apartment is in a great location— it is in Battersea Reach by the Thames and just 10 minutes from the train station, a large Sainsbury's, and a Tesco Express within the complex. There's also a gym in the building!

Rent is £1375 a month (not inclusive of bills). Bills are approx £150 total per month but include electricity, subscription for coffee pods/toilet paper/dishwashing tablets/washing machine pods/surface spray etc. We would be looking at someone moving in the 9/10th November.
