A bit about the house and room:

- The room is a double and you'll have your own bathroom (incl. bath tub)
- Photos show a few different setups of the same room
- There is an extra room with a desk/screens (a. k. a the home office) which is for anyone to utilise
- Garden space, open-plan kitchen/dining area and separate lounge with plenty of space
- The other bedrooms have their own ensuites and there is an additional communal toilet downstairs
- Available from Friday 6th December and will be furnished with basics (bed, side table, wardrobe). All you need to get started is your own bedding.
- Rent is £900 p/m plus £50-£70 extra for bills (higher end accounts for Winter months)
- You'll be sharing with two other couples, Irish and Aussies, who are professionals between the ages of 26 and 30.
- Everyone is super friendly and welcoming with a variety of interests (sport, music, gym, travel, being Irish and Aussie, exploring London)

- Short walk to Garratt Lane and the Southside shopping centre with more pubs than you'll ever need within walking distance
- Closest big Supermarket is Sainsburys, followed by Lidl, with multiple Co-op stores nearby
- The closest Off-Licence / Corner Store is directly across the road (literally 20 steps from the door)
- A new cafe has opened across the road and a second cafe a 90 second walk away.
- Easy walk to Wandsworth Common and King George's Park
- Nearly always able to find a Lime bike or 2 ready to ride within close proximity
