A bit about the house and room:

- Advertising for a single only
- The room is medium/double size with your own bathroom (incl. bath tub)
- There is an extra room with a desk/screens (a. k.a the home office) which is for anyone to utilise
- Garden space, open-plan kitchen/dining area and separate lounge with plenty of space
- Additional communal toilet downstairs
- Available from Sunday 8th December and will be furnished with basics (incl. bed) or completely cleared if preferred.
- Rent is £900 p/m plus £50-£70 extra for bills (the range accounts for seasonal costs)

- We're ideally after someone who is tidy, respectful of others and has a nice level of self-awareness to seamlessly fit into a shared living environment.
- You'll be sharing with two other couples who are professionals in their mid/late 20's. All lovely, social people who take a genuine interest in each others lives and interests, but are equally independent with a variety of work/life/social commitments
- It is very rare for everyone to be in the same communal space at the same time due to always being on the go with work/life in general.
- If you are someone who actively avoids chatting or basic social interaction with other people, this likely won't be the right fit for you. Equally, if you are at the opposite end of the spectrum and plan to host wild parties on a week night, then this also won't be a good fit for you. Somewhere in the middle will be ideal :)

- Earlsfield and Clapham Junction are both within walking distance
