Our flatmate is moving out of our lovely home in Wandsworth within the next few weeks...

Facts & Figures:
Rent is £850 and bills are roughly £75 per month! The move in date is 20th of October or ideally before.

Housemates:
You would be moving in with me (26 🇮🇪) , Rachel (26 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿) and Chiara (28 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳ó %81£󠁴󠁿)! We have been friends since uni and are looking for another fun gal to come join the house! We love cooking, exercising, going to the pub as well as just chilling and watching films! We are quite a busy household and love having dinner parties, celebrating bdays ( evidenced by the balloons) as well as holidays!!

The Room:
The room is on the second floor (we have 3 inc. downstairs). It’s small but cute and there is room for more storage throughout the house. There's no room for a desk but we have communal spaces which we share when working from home.

The House:
The house is a three-story, four bedroom, three bathroom property. It has high ceilings, big windows and lots of cupboards. We also have a lovely little garden which is amazing in the summer as well as a little terrace! We have a washing machine, dish washer and all the usual appliances!

The Location:
We live on a lovely, quiet and safe residential road. We are 4 minutes away from Wandsworth Town Station which has amazing links to Clapham Junction ( less than 5 mins), Vauxhall ( 10 mins) and Waterloo (less than 20). We are also a 15 min walk to Clapham Junction and have amazing bus links!

We are also 5 minutes away from Southside shopping centre, a HUGE sainsburys and are surrounded by lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes!
