A gorgeous ground floor flat with a garden, located right near Earlsfield station, there are also plenty of buses to take you to Wandsworth, Tooting and Clapham. Amenities such as the Tesco Express, Wandle pub, M&S, Gail’s and lots of local restaurants are within easy walking distance. This is a really lovely area with lots going on all year round.

The room has a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe storage, generous en-suite and direct garden access. The flat is also equipped with a larger main bathroom which features a bath tub.
There is a desk, full length mirror, floor lamp and bookcase that I can leave behind should you want to keep them.

You'll be living with the current flatmate who is a professional female. Together we’ve enjoyed bbqs, and picnics in the park with plenty of wine as well as cosy movie nights and big Sunday dinners in winter. We also love to go to gigs and nights out, but have our own independent lives.

Bills average £210 per month each and includes sky internet/ tv channels with Netflix.
Rent and bills will come to £1,167 total.

I am moving out as I'm relocating abroad to live with my partner, but have loved living here and I'm very sad to leave!
