- Furnished Double room in peaceful and fun 3 storey flat in Wandsworth. Rent is due mid-month so I'm looking for people who can move in mid-way in January, but there is also the option to move in just before New Year too, pending references and paperwork done by the lettings agency.

- Lovely living room with high ceilings and original fireplace. Large kitchen which gets the sun in the afternoon. Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. First floor toilet.

- Sharing with two women aged 33 & 34. One is a Teacher and the other works in Finance. Both lead independent lives and enjoy sports, good food and a relaxed home environment. Flat would suit someone respectful and professional, late twenties upwards.

- Located between Wandsworth Common & Wandsworth Town (15min walk from the station, and 10 -15 mins from Clapham Common. Well connected bus routes to West and Central London).

- Bills come in between £80-£110 depending on the season and are divided between the three tenants. They include: internet, water, heating, council tax (£80), TV license, fortnightly cleaner.

- Will need references and deposit for lettings agency who do a credit check (we don't deal directly with the landlord). Deposit was around £950 - £1000 when I moved in 2.5 years ago - essentially it's 6-8 weeks rent.

- Furniture: double bed and mattress, large Ikea chest of drawers, double cupboard, space for under the bed storage, shelving out side of the room and in the living room for books and plants. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and bathroom. Optional to purchase from me: large white mirror as seen in living room photo, full length and curved mirror as seen in the bedroom.
