Penthouse En-Suite in Wandsworth’s Ram Quarter

Hi all, I’m moving out of my beautiful top floor ensuite room in the gorgeous Ram Quarter!

THE PLACE
The top floor flat is modern, spacious, and pristine - the development is only 4 years old! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, superfast internet, and a HUUUUGE shared living space with a kitchen island and high spec kitchen (ask us for a video of the furnished version).

There's also a concierge, lifts, multiple communal gardens and parking on site. Bills come to approx £100 / month.

Within 60 seconds of the flat there are pubs, gyms, restaurants, coffee shops, 24 hour bus stops, cinemas, bowling alleys, mini golf, a yoga studio, a brewery, and an axe throwing bar. It's basically like living in adult Disneyland and we love it here.

East Putney tube is 12 mins away, and Wandsworth Town station is 6 mins way. The latter gets you to Clapham Junction in 2 mins, or Waterloo in 17 mins.

THE ROOM
Huge en suite, lots of space for a desk, chest of drawers, beside tables and more. Full length windows with a Juliette balcony and a stunning view of the sunset (last photo!). Big bathroom and shower space, also with tones of storage behind the mirror.

THE HOUSEMATES
A guy and a girl, both late 20’s who like to cook and spend time together. Work 1/2 days per week from home.
