£950 spare room available in my 2 bed flat in Wandsworth, positioned a few mins walk from Southside Centre and 10 mins from Wandsworth Town. The room also comes with a personal bathroom as I have an en suite off my room. Bills are not included and are fixed at an additional £90 a month.

The flat is in a mews block of flats which comes with gated parking which you can have access to. The building also has a private shared garden out the back but also has close access to a number of parks.

I like to keep the flat in a tidy state and keen to keep it that way - would appreciate tidy flat mate to join me. In my spare time I like to hang out in the local pubs, go running/gym and appreciate the odd night out every now and then. Also do like to spend time chilling watching tv and films.
