Hiii, we’re looking for someone in their mid to late 20s to renew our contract with us from Jan 2025 in our 3 bed house in Clapham Junction as our housemate is moving back home to New Zealand at the end of the year 😢
The house is just behind St John’s Hill, an 8 minute walk from Clapham Junction (6 if you’re speedy). The rent is £933 a month before bills (approx £100 each).
We enjoy spending time together as a house (walks, evenings out together or with each others friends, chilling together on weekday evenings / hungover sundays) and went on holiday together this summer so looking for someone who wants this vibe!
