Lovely middle floor room available in a spacious 6 bedroom house on a quiet street, just a few seconds off the main West Hill road, has corner shop/ high street a couple mins walk away, 10 minute walk to Southside shopping centre, Putney park and the river 5 min walk away, as well as East Putney station for District line/ Wandsworth Road station.

The room is spacious, warm and cozy. Comes with plenty of storage- a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a very comfy bed. It’s also carpeted. The window faces east/south side/ the garden. The house has two living rooms and a TV in each. Also comes with a massive kitchen/ dining area and is equipped with all cutlery/ pots and pans etc. There is a big bathroom with a massive bath, huge walk in shower, sink and toilet on the first floor (half a floor down from the bedroom advertised). There is also a toilet near the kitchen and a a shower room on the lower floor. (1 person has an en-suite room in the house too). We also have a very nice south facing garden with a bbq.

There are 5 other flatmates ranging from mid twenties to early 30s. Currently 2 guys and 3 girls. Everyone is friendly and respectful! We occasionally hang out in/ out of the house, and day to day have a catch up when we’re all cooking/ eating out dinners!

The rooms in the house are rented individually through an agency, and the contract would be 5 months, and then you can choose whether to extend it by 3,4 or 5 more months. The rent is £1086 and includes all bills, weekly cleaner and gardening.
