The flat: A 3 bedroom flat with shared living area, kitchen, bathroom and lovely landlords. The room available is a double bedroom, fully furnished with a bed (& mattress), wardrobe, and a bedside table. Nice high ceilings with a garden facing window. We have recently got new windows for the flat, making it quieter and warmer in the winter!
Great location: An easy 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, 1 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you to Clapham Junction within 10 minutes, East Putney tube within 10 minutes and Kings Road within 25!
The area: Wandsworth is a really lovely area to live in. There are some good shops, pubs and cafés nearby and we are 5 minutes away from Southside shopping centre, which has a huge Sainsbury's and Waitrose, as well as a cinema and a Waterstones. Round the corner is Old York Road, which has a Gail's, a newly opened Joe & the Juice and a Megan's!
Current housemates: You would be moving in with Immy & Laura are two 25, 27 year old young professionals, working 9-5, with a mixture of wfh and in office, and so are looking for someone similar. They are clean/tidy and enjoy both chilled nights in and fun nights out (bonus points if you're a big MAFS AU fan)!
Rent: £715 a month and bills are usually around £100 a month.
The current tenancy runs until 4th of April ‘26. Laura & Immy will be moving out- ideal for a short term stay or you’re welcome to stay on & find new flatmates!
Move in date: The room is available from the 1st of March 26 but we can be slightly flexible on an earlier move in date!
