🏠 Room comes furnished, and is available from 27th January. The flat has a balcony space that overlooks the Thames, and a large shared living space. The tenancy is currently due to run until October 2025.

📍 The flat is in an ideal location - only a three minute walk from Wandsworth Town, and a 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction. It has a shop and a Virgin Active on the ground floor, a Tesco within a 5 minute walk, and the big Sainsburys is only across the river.

💵 The room is £1150pcm plus bills (which are c.£150 a month). The deposit is £1040.

👸 Looking for a likeminded girl in her late twenties / early 30s, who is clean and respectful, and wanting to make the flat a happy and relaxed home. It would be good to find someone with a similar routine, who likes a quiet week, but also usually up for a glass of wine/ Netflix chill, and of course some pub trips on the weekend 🍸
