After 4 years together, our housemate is moving out so we’re looking for a friendly and clean person (25-35) to move into our lovely three bed flat! Move in date is 23rd Feb.
The tenancy will be minimum 2 months with the opportunity to renew in April for 1 year.
💰 The cost:
- The rent is £809 per month.
- Bills are ~£150 per month, these will be split equally using Monzo or Splitwise.
✨ The room:
- Double room on the ground floor with ample under bed storage, a large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
- The room is away from the main road so quiet and peaceful!
- Additional storage space is available under the stairs and in a shared cupboard.
🏠The House:
- Fully Furnished Maisonette on the bottom two floors of a house.
- Shared open-plan living, dining and kitchen area and two large bathrooms between 3 people.
- Ample storage including separate bike storage.
- A large outdoor area which is perfect for hosting dinner parties outside in summer.
- A helpful and responsive landlord who usually comes to fix any issues within 24 hours.
- Wandsworth Council Tax.
- The flats around us are quiet, peaceful and residential.
- We’re also friends with the upstairs flat (3 lovely girls) and do occasional social events with them!
🚝 Transport:
- Great location for commuting!
- 8 minutes walk to Earlsfield Station (20 mins into Waterloo).
- Bus stop right outside the house on bus routes 270 and 44.
- Southfields Tube Station (District Line) 20 minute walk away.

We both work hybrid and enjoy making the flat a calm and cosy space to come back to! Our hobbies include fitness, cooking, walks, gaming, going out for food / drinks, travelling and generally exploring London!

We’re looking to share with someone who is clean, friendly, mature and like-minded who wants to make the house a home but also has their own life going on in London too! If you’re big into partying and going out late it’s probably not the right house for you!

- Someone who also wants to make the house a home and have a calm, cosy and clean space to come back to! We have a weekly cleaning rota for communal spaces.
- Professional Occupation ideally on a 9-5 schedule.
- LGBT friendly.
- Someone happy to take ownership of some of the bills.
