Double Room Wandsworth

Hi All,

I am moving out of my flat end of January so looking for someone to take over my room from the start of Feb

Rent is £975 a month with bills on top coming to around £90, this does not include gas or electric as this is done by a pay as you go process but is usually comes to around £40 each month. So total bills you are looking at £150 a month there’s also a deposit of £750.

The room is a small double with good lighting and comes furnished. The flat has a large living room with a separate large kitchen with a bathroom and separate toilet.

The tenancy is currently running from the January 30th for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

Flat is situated in Wandsworth we are close to both the district line (5-7 minute walk) and the overground (10 minute walk) with trains to Waterloo. It’s about a 25 minute walk into Clapham junction and a 5 minute walk down to Southside shopping centre and a huge Sainsbury’s.

The flat is 2 bedrooms so you will be sharing with my current housemate Sadie who I have information on below!

About Sadie - I’m Sadie, and I’m 32, I work in hospitality full time. I’m super chill and social, love to just relax on the sofa with a good Netflix series and a glass of wine as well as going out for dinners/movies/to the pub. I’m looking for a like minded person who wants to make the flat their little base as I have done for the past 10 months.

I have lived in this flat since 2020 and it has been an absolute dream. I am only leaving as I am purchasing my own property
It really is a gem of a find and is in the perfect location for south west London as well as travel into central. Me and Sadie have lived together since February and she is super easy going and a great person to hang out with
