Double Room with desk & bathroom, bill included

Double room near the river and by Wandsworth Park. 10 min walk from Wandsworth Town Station, 15 min walk from East Putney Station.

My flatmate is moving out after 2.5 years to move in with his girlfriend. I am looking for a new flat mate to move in from 1st March until at least the end of October 2025.

Ideally I would like someone that is social, enjoys watching the football or going to the pub, and is generally quite chilled out.

The room has a double bed, a desk (which is optional), and you will essentially have your own bathroom as I have a separate bathroom.

The flat is spacious, has a balcony, and I also pay for a cleaner every two weeks which is included in the price.

It should be mentioned that I do have a dog. Barney is a small springer spaniel-poodle mix. He is an extremely placid and loving dog but if you don’t like dogs this might not be the best flat for you. I also have a girlfriend who comes around but also has her own flat.
